How do I book?+
Find a stay, pick your dates and number of guests, then pay securely online. You’ll get a confirmation by email straight away.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number.
What does the price include?+
The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate, any cleaning fee and taxes. There are no hidden extras.
Can I cancel?+
Each stay shows its cancellation policy next to the booking box. Message us with your confirmation number and we’ll take care of it.
A place says “Check availability”. What does that mean?+
That stay is booked by request. Send us your dates and we’ll reply with availability and rates.
